Interiority is the condition being in contact with your felt experience as a situation unfolds – including the operation of your mental maps and working models. It’s the lived experience of being a subject rather an organism which processes inputs. It’s similar to what we think of as subjective, inner life in a psychological sense – but that can be reflective and analytic. Interiority means real-time, not after-the-fact. It means feeling, not analyzing. Interiority says we’re the subject inside our own experience, not an object outside and managing it. It’s the ground for your collaboration and conflict handling.
