While in graduate school and working at USEPA, I worked directly with state and local executive, legislative, and environmental officials to improve intergovernmental communication and collaboration.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a93b7a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0a93b7a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Following that, I co-owned a software company which created major change in Fortune 100 companies\u2019 property and injury risk management. I owned an independent consulting practice focused on organizational collaboration, conflict, communication, and change. I was COO and President of a management consulting company which supported a lot of Federal government change.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e30b4a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5e30b4a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">I also had a 25-year side gig writing, consulting, and coaching Federal government proposals.
